- Manage daily office coordination and administrative tasks.
- Handle student inquiries, counselling, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with students, guardians, teachers, universities, and potential clients.
- Manage WhatsApp, email & social media communication.
- Plan, create & publish content for Facebook, Instagram & TikTok.
- Handle email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns for lead generation.
- Contact and follow up with potential students and clients.
- Support promotional campaigns, events, seminars, and stakeholder meetings.
- Manage social media content calendars, reels, videos, and live sessions.
- Monitor website, Google Business Profile, social media performance, and competitors.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports and complete other assigned tasks.
- Organize seminars, workshops, and promotional events.
- Maintain student records and ensure timely follow-up.
- Support enrollment growth through counseling and relationship management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for social media engagement and promotional activities.
- Experience: 1-3 years
- Education: bachelor in any discipline
