- Aware and understand the nursing policies and procedures of the medical and ensure that they are adhered to.
- Ensure that nursing care plans are written and up to date.
- Cooperate with doctors Give first Aid to Patients.
- Monthly medicine statement & requisition Medicine.
- Care, observation & Take necessaries treatment for ill Patients.
- Floor monitoring and first aid box check accordingly.
- Injury analyses with root cause & investigation format maintain.
- Other works as advice by welfare in charge/Compliance In charge, Doctor & Admin.
- Experience: 1-4 years
- Education: bachelor of science in nursing (b.sc. nursing)
- Skills: nursing care, nursing, patient care, nursing management, nursing knowledge, patient care, nursing practice, registered nurses, patientcare, nursing documentation
