Job Responsibilities
- Monitor network performance and ensure continuous uptime of ISP infrastructure
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve network faults and connectivity issues promptly
- Respond to client support requests and provide first-level technical assistance
- Escalate critical incidents to senior engineers and maintain detailed incident logs
- Configure and maintain routers, switches, and other networking equipment
- Coordinate with field technicians for on-site fault resolution
- Generate network performance and downtime reports for management review
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and network security protocols
- Basic networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, OSI Model, routing & switching
- MikroTik / Cisco or similar hardware knowledge is an advantage
- ISP operations and billing system familiarity is a plus
- Willingness to work in rotational/flexible shifts including weekends if required
Salary: (negotiable based on qualifications)
