Reports To: Head of Trade Sales / Chief Sales & Marketing Officer (CSMO)

Location: Head Office (Dhaka) with extensive field travel across assigned national zones

Job Location: Corporate office, Banani, Dhaka-1213.

Job Purpose: The National Sales Manager (NSM) – Trade Sales will be directly responsible for leading, driving, and expanding the retail, dealer, and distribution business across their assigned national zone. Reporting to the Head of Trade Sales, this role focuses on meeting monthly and annual sales volume targets, optimizing the supply-and-credit chain, expanding retail reach down to the Upazila level, and leading a large field force of Zonal Sales Managers (ZSMs) and Area Sales Manager (ASMs).

Key Responsibilities

Sales Revenue & Volume Driving

• Drive zone-wide monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for domestic wiring, low-voltage (LV) power cables, and flexible wires.
• Break down overall sales targets into actionable zone, area, territory, and dealer-level KPIs.
• Monitor product-wise profitability and ensure market push for high-margin items alongside high-volume house wiring.

• Experience: 10-15 years
• Education: bachelor of business administration in marketing
