Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, offering opportunities across multiple functions within Dream Textiles Limited. Depending on assignment and expertise, team members may support production operations, quality control, inventory management, or showroom coordination, ensuring that fabric manufacturing, processing, and distribution run smoothly. Daily responsibilities can include monitoring workflow on the factory floor, assisting with documentation and reporting, coordinating orders with sales and logistics teams, and maintaining clear communication between production and commercial units. Individuals in these roles are expected to follow safety and compliance standards, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate with colleagues to meet operational targets and customer expectations. Flexibility, reliability, and a willingness to learn across different tasks are essential.
Qualifications
