Multi-Destination Education Counsellor

Globe Trek Immigration Consultancy (GTIC) is seeking an experienced, highly motivated Multi-Destination Education Counselor to join our growing team in Dhaka.

ROLE PURPOSE

We are looking for an experienced Student Counselor for (Destination- Europe) with practical experience in student counseling and complete A–Z student processing, from initial profile assessment and course selection to admission and visa processing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Student Counseling & Recruitment

* Counsel students regarding suitable countries, universities, courses, and study pathways.

* Assess student profiles and recommend appropriate study options.

* Handle student inquiries and convert potential leads into applications.

* Guide students through the complete application, admission, and visa process.

* Coordinate with universities and partners regarding applications, offers, and admission requirements.

* Ensure applications are accurately prepared and submitted within deadlines.

* Support student recruitment and business development activities.

Team & Business Development

* Support the team in achieving monthly recruitment targets.

* Share destination and university updates with counseling team members.

* Maintain professional relationships with relevant stakeholders.

* Contribute ideas for student recruitment, marketing, and business development initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS

* Experience: 2–4 years of experience in education consultancy, international student recruitment, admissions, or student counseling.

* Education: Bachelor’s degree from the University of Dhaka (DU) or a reputed private university in Bangladesh.

* Strong knowledge of European study destinations, universities, courses, admission procedures, and visa processes.

* Strong student counseling and profile assessment skills.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

* Strong command of English and Bangla.

* Target-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.

* Experience with student recruitment and lead conversion will be an advantage.
