MTO - PHP Developer (Rajshahi)

PRAN-RFL Group is seeking a passionate and motivated Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – PHP Developer to join our IT team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to build a strong foundation in web application development and backend systems. The selected candidate will receive hands-on training and mentorship while working on real-time projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining web applications using Core PHP and frameworks like Laravel
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code
• Work with ORACLE databases for data management and optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements
• Debug and troubleshoot application issues
• Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement processes
• Learn and adopt best practices in software development

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
• Basic knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Familiarity with Laravel or any PHP framework is a plus
• Understanding of database management (MySQL)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Internship or academic project experience in related development
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Basic understanding of APIs and web services
