Motion Graphics Designer/Animator

Job Context

Praava Health is looking for a Motion Graphics Designer/Animator to join the Creative team at Praava. The ideal candidate should be a skilled Motion Graphics Designer capable of planning and developing 2D animations, kinetic typography and films. Experience of working in healthcare or related industries is preferable but not mandatory.

Key responsibilities:

• Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, reels, short-form videos, and campaign content for digital platforms.
• Design engaging static creatives for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, promotional materials, and other marketing communication.
• Translate campaign concepts, scripts, and creative briefs into compelling visual stories.
• Edit videos with appropriate pacing, transitions, typography, visual effects, music, and sound.
• Adapt creative assets across different digital platforms and formats while maintaining visual consistency.
• Work closely with the Digital Marketing and Content teams to develop and execute creative campaigns.
• Ensure all creative outputs are aligned with Praava Health's brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Manage multiple creative requirements and deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines.
• Stay updated with emerging trends in motion graphics, social media content, visual design, and digital storytelling.
• Experiment with new creative formats and bring fresh visual ideas to campaigns.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using AI tools for creative ideation, image generation, video generation, editing, and enhancement.
• Integrate AI into the creative workflow to improve production speed and explore new creative possibilities.
• Stay updated with emerging generative AI tools and apply them where relevant to marketing content.
• Combine traditional design skills with AI-assisted workflows while maintaining quality, originality, and brand consistency.

Qualification:

• Educational background in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, Visual Communication, or a related discipline is preferred.

Experience:

• 2 - 4 years of relevant professional experience in Motion Graphics, Graphic Design, Video Editing, or a similar creative role.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, static design, video editing, and digital/social media content.
• working with a brand, creative agency, digital agency, or in-house marketing team will be preferred.
