Role Description The Money Management & Personal Finance role is a full-time remote position responsible for developing and delivering clear, practical financial education content for Kamrul Academy learners. Day-to-day tasks include designing course modules, lessons, and tutorials on topics such as budgeting, saving, debt management, investing basics, and financial planning. The role involves creating digital learning materials (video scripts, worksheets, quizzes, and guides), updating existing content to reflect current financial regulations and best practices, and responding to learner questions through forums or live sessions. The position also includes analyzing learner feedback and performance data to improve course effectiveness, collaborating with the curriculum team to maintain consistent quality standards, and supporting marketing or outreach initiatives with expert input on personal finance topics.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of personal finance concepts, including budgeting, saving, debt management, credit, and long-term financial planning.
- Experience explaining financial topics in simple, accessible language for learners with diverse levels of financial literacy.
- Ability to design structured educational content, such as course outlines, lesson plans, and assessments, for online learning environments.
- Comfort with digital tools and platforms for remote work, content creation, and online teaching (e.g., learning management systems, video conferencing, productivity software).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to clarity, accuracy, and learner engagement.
- Capability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote, collaborative setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in financial education or advisory work.
- Prior experience teaching, coaching, or creating educational content in personal finance or money management is highly beneficial.
