We are looking for skilled and experienced MikroTik Engineers to join our team as Field Officers. The ideal candidates will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining MikroTik network equipment at client sites. This is a field-based role requiring technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot MikroTik routers, switches, and wireless equipment at client locations.
- Perform site surveys and network assessments to determine optimal equipment placement.
- Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues promptly.
- Provide technical support to clients on-site and remotely.
- Maintain documentation of network configurations, installations, and troubleshooting activities.
- Coordinate with the office team for scheduling and reporting.
- Ensure all work is completed according to company standards and client requirements.
- Travel to various locations within Dhaka and surrounding areas as required.
- Prepare daily field reports and submit to management.
- Experience: At least 1 year
- Education:
- Skills: field technicians, mikrotik, network engineering, field service engineering, technical skills
