We focus on developing scalable and maintainable systems rather than quick fixes. As we continue to grow, we are expanding our engineering team to strengthen our development capabilities and support our growing products and projects.

We are looking for a Mid-Level Software Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Python (Django) and a good understanding of JavaScript.

This is a backend-focused role for someone who can independently handle development tasks, solve technical problems, build reliable APIs and business logic, and collaborate effectively with frontend and product teams.

🎯 Develop and maintain backend applications using Python and Django

🎯 Build and integrate REST APIs and core business logic

🎯 Design, manage, and optimize database operations

🎯 Collaborate with frontend developers on JavaScript-based implementations

🎯 Identify, debug, and solve technical issues independently

🎯 Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code

🎯 Improve application performance, security, and reliability

🎯 Participate in code reviews and technical discussions

🎯 Support deployment, CI/CD, and production environments

🎯 Work closely with product, QA, frontend, and other team members

⤷ 2+ years of professional software development experience

⤷ Strong hands-on experience with Python and Django

⤷ Good understanding of REST APIs, databases, and backend architecture

⤷ Working knowledge of JavaScript and frontend-backend integration

⤷ Experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL

⤷ Good understanding of Git and collaborative development workflows

⤷ Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

⤷ Ability to work independently on assigned features and modules

⤷ Familiarity with deployment, CI/CD, and cloud environments

⤷ Experience with Docker

⤷ Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure

⤷ Experience working on SaaS or multi-tenant applications

⤷ Understanding of system performance and scalability

⤷ Experience working on production-level applications
