Hexen Group is looking for a results-driven Meta & Google Ads Specialist to run and optimize high-performance paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google for our global clients. Working hours are 12:00 PM (noon) to 9:00 PM, onsite in Lalmatia. We care about measurable results, not claims, so if you are confident managing ad spend and driving conversions, we want to hear from you.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Solid understanding of performance marketing and conversion tracking across both platforms
• Experience with Meta Pixel / Conversions API (CAPI)
• Google Tag and GA4
• Confident managing ad spend and driving measurable results
• Strong communication with clear updates and reports
• Must be punctual
• responsive
• and able to meet deadlines
• Prior experience in lead generation or e-commerce preferred
  
  

Responsibilities

• Plan launch and optimize Meta ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
• Run Google Ads campaigns across Search Display Performance Max and YouTube
• Handle targeting retargeting and audience strategy
• Conduct keyword research bidding and search campaign optimization
• Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking (Pixel CAPI Google Tag GA4)
• Run A/B tests to improve performance
• Deliver regular reporting and clear updates
