We are looking for an experienced Meta Ads Expert who can manage and optimize Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns with a strong focus on sales, ROAS, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Plan, launch & optimize Meta Ads campaigns

✅ Manage ad budgets and improve ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA & CAC

✅ Audience, creative, copy & campaign testing

✅ Meta Pixel, CAPI & conversion tracking

✅ Analyze campaign and sales performance

✅ Prepare performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations.

✅ Work with the creative & sales teams to improve conversion.

Requirements

🎯 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Meta/Facebook Ads

🎯 Proven experience in performance marketing & campaign optimization

🎯 Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Pixel, CAPI & GA4

🎯 Experience with e-commerce / D2C / home décor / lifestyle businesses is preferred.

🎯 Strong analytical and reporting skills

🎯 Must be able to demonstrate previous campaign performance/results

💰 Salary: Negotiable based on experience & capability
