Merchandising & Graphic Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and skilled Merchandising & Graphic Designer who has practical knowledge of both Garments Merchandising and Graphic Design. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating merchandising activities as well as creating professional visual designs for marketing and business purposes.

Key Responsibilities

Merchandising Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams regarding orders.
• Follow up on samples, fabric, accessories, production, quality, and shipment.
• Prepare and follow up on costing, quotations, and order details.
• Communicate buyer requirements to the relevant departments.
• Monitor production timelines and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain proper documentation and order status updates.

Graphic Design Responsibilities:

• Create social media posts, banners, posters, brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials.
• Design job circulars, promotional creatives, and company branding materials.
• Edit and retouch images and prepare print-ready files.
• Maintain proper color, typography, layout, and brand guidelines.
• Use Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools.

Requirements

• Practical knowledge of both Merchandising and Graphic Design is mandatory.
• Experience in garments/textile merchandising will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of graphic design principles and creative concepts.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Relevant educational background or practical experience in Merchandising, Fashion/Textile, Graphic Design, or a related field.
