- Handle merchandising activities from product development to final shipment.
- Coordinate with buyers regarding development, costing, sampling, order placement & approvals.
- Prepare and follow up on Time & Action plans to ensure timely order execution.
- Coordinate with Production, Sampling, Quality, Sourcing and other relevant departments.
- Follow up on fabrics, trims, accessories & production status.
- Monitor order progress and ensure compliance with buyer requirements & quality standards.
- Identify and resolve order-related issues to ensure on-time shipment.
- Maintain proper order records, reports, and buyer communications.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
- Experience: 3-7 years
- Education: bachelor of apparel merchandising
- Skills: merchandise planning, fashion merchandising, order management, shipment coordination, purchase management, merchandising, merchandising software, order fulfillment
