Job Context

We are a leading, 100% export-oriented RMG manufacturing (Knit) industry located in Dhaka, Bangladesh, working with renowned global fashion brands. We are currently looking for a dynamic, proactive, and result-oriented professional to join our efficient Merchandising team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end merchandising operations for knit garments from order placement to final shipment.
• Communicate independently with buyers, suppliers, and internal production teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Source quality fabrics, accessories, and trims while negotiating competitive prices and ensuring timely delivery.
• Prepare Costing, Consumption sheets, TNA (Time & Action) calendar, and Order Status reports.
• Coordinate closely with the sample section for fit, size set, and PP samples development and buyer approvals.
• Follow up on production, quality control, and shipment schedules to maintain on-time delivery (OTD).
  
  

Resolve day-to-day technical and operational issues on the floor in consultation with production and quality teams.

Requirements

• Experience: 3-7 years
• Education:
• Skills: knit garment manufacturing, knit garment production, technical knowledge of garment production, garment industry knowledge, garment manufacturing, garment production, textile industry knowledge, merchandise planning, technical knowledge of knitting, fashion merchandising
