- Handle assigned buyer accounts independently from order confirmation to shipment.
- Communicate with buyers/buying houses regarding product development, samples, order status and shipment updates.
- Prepare and follow up on Time & Action (TNA) calendar.
- Coordinate with Design, Sampling, Production, Quality, Commercial and Planning departments for smooth order execution.
- Monitor sample development process including proto, fit, size set, PP sample and shipment samples.
- Follow up fabric booking, trims status and production progress.
- Ensure on-time shipment by monitoring production and shipment schedules.
- Maintain proper communication with buyers regarding order-related issues and solutions.
- Prepare merchandising reports and update management regularly.
- Handle buyer comments and take necessary corrective actions.
- Experience: 3+ years
- Education:
