Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Merchandiser role based in Savar Upazila. The Merchandiser will manage orders from initial inquiry through delivery, including coordinating with buyers, production teams, and suppliers. Daily tasks include reviewing tech packs and samples, preparing costing and price quotations, tracking production status, and ensuring product quality and timelines meet buyer requirements. The role involves regular communication with customers, maintaining accurate documentation, and resolving issues related to fabric, trims, and production schedules. The Merchandiser will also support market analysis, style development, and internal reporting to help optimize sales and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills for coordinating with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams
• Customer Service skills to manage client expectations and handle inquiries or issues effectively
• Sales and Retail experience to understand buyer needs, order cycles, and commercial requirements
• Marketing awareness to support product positioning, style selection, and seasonal planning
• Experience in apparel or textile merchandising, preferably in knitwear
• Ability to work on-site in Savar Upazila and manage multiple orders simultaneously
• Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with email and documentation tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines
