Role Description The Merchandiser role at Aus Bangla Jutex is a full-time, on-site position based in Araihazar Upazila. The Merchandiser will manage product displays, stock levels, and visual presentation to ensure that jute and related products are showcased effectively and align with brand and customer expectations. Responsibilities include coordinating with sales and retail teams, tracking inventory, preparing orders, and monitoring product performance in the market. The role also involves regular communication with customers and internal stakeholders, collecting feedback, supporting promotional activities, and maintaining accurate records and reports. The Merchandiser is expected to work closely with management to identify opportunities to enhance sales, customer satisfaction, and overall merchandising efficiency.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with buyers, colleagues, and partners.
• Proven Sales and Retail experience, with the ability to manage stock, product displays, and in-store execution.
• Basic Marketing knowledge to support promotions, product positioning, and brand visibility.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in merchandising, supply chain, or related fields is preferred.
• Comfort working on-site in Araihazar Upazila and collaborating with diverse teams.
• Ability to use basic digital tools (e.g., spreadsheets, inventory systems) for reporting and tracking.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related discipline is an advantage.
