Role Description The MEP Supervisor is a contractual on-site role based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This position is responsible for overseeing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works at facilities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Daily tasks include supervising site activities, coordinating with contractors and vendors, conducting inspections, and monitoring building maintenance operations. The MEP Supervisor will also ensure effective facility management practices, troubleshoot issues, prepare reports, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to support reliable and efficient building systems.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Site Supervision and Site Inspections to manage daily MEP activities and ensure adherence to standards.
• Experience in Facility Management (FM) and Building Maintenance to support safe, efficient, and reliable operations.
• Knowledge of Plumbing systems and related MEP installations to oversee installation, repair, and ongoing maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical building services, including HVAC, power distribution, and fire safety systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and maintenance manuals.
• Good communication and coordination skills for working with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and external partners.
• Proven organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to safety and regulatory compliance.
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
• Previous experience in MEP supervision within healthcare, education, or commercial facilities is preferred.
