Club NotreDamians Bangladesh Ltd. (CNBL) invites applications from qualified, smart, energetic, service-oriented individuals for the position of Membership Executive.
- Manage membership enrollment, renewal, retention, and member engagement activities.
- Maintain and update membership databases, records, documents, and reports accurately.
- Prepare letters, notices, circulars, emails, and meeting minutes in both Bangla and English.
- Handle member inquiries, feedback, complaints, and follow-up communications professionally.
- Maintain membership records, vouchers, billing documents, and supporting files.
- Monitor membership applications, payments, subscriptions, and renewal status.
- Prepare reports, Excel-based analyses, PowerPoint presentations, and management summaries.
- Coordinate club events, member communications, and administrative activities.
- Support membership growth initiatives, recruitment campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Ensure timely and professional communication with members and relevant stakeholders.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.
- Experience: 1-5 years
- Education: bachelor in any discipline
- Skills: membership management, membership development, member relations, membership relations, club development, club operations, enrollment management
