Job Context
Bangladesh Fertility Hospital Limited is seeking a competent, dedicated, and experienced Medical Technologist/Lab Technologist (Male) for its Pathology Laboratory. The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting laboratory investigations, ensuring quality standards, and providing accurate diagnostic support.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests accurately.
- Collect, label, process, and preserve patient specimens according to standard operating procedures.
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and analyzers.
- Maintain quality control (QC) and comply with laboratory safety protocols.
- Prepare and maintain laboratory records, reports & documentation.
- Ensure proper inventory management of laboratory reagents and consumables.
- Follow infection prevention and control (IPC) guidelines.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of Department or Management.
- Weekly: 06 Days
- Working Hours: 48-54 Hours/Week
- No Night Duty
- Experience: 2 years
