Salary: BDT 25,000 to 30,000 + TA

Position Overview :

We are seeking skilled and compassionate Medical Technologist to join Arogga Lab team. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to patient care by ensuring safe and efficient blood sample collection while working in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

● Collect blood samples from patients using proper techniques (venipuncture, capillary, butterfly needle, proper tube use)

● Label, store, and transport samples securely to the laboratory.

● Ensure patient safety, comfort, and consent during sample collection.

● Follow infection control and biohazard safety protocols.

● Maintain accurate records and proper documentation of collected samples.

● Assist in home sample collection and corporate health camps as needed.

● Handle equipment and supplies responsibly, ensuring cleanliness and readiness.

Required Qualifications :

• Diploma / Certificate in Medical Technology (Pathology/Phlebotomy)
• DMF(Diploma in Medical Faculty) or equivalent.

Experience:

● Prior experience as a Medical Technologist preferred (freshers with good skills may apply).

Essential Skills:

● Must have a personal Motorcycle.

● Willingness to travel for home collection assignments and Knowledge of phlebotomy techniques, safety guidelines, and infection control.

● Strong interpersonal skills to interact with patients of all ages.

● Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends/holidays if required.

Compensation: ● 20,000 BDT- 25,000 BDT (Including: Travel Allowance & Food Allowance)
