About The Role

Deyal Ltd. is looking for an experienced Media Buyer & Performance Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our paid advertising across Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, TikTok and other relevant platforms.

Our daily advertising budget can reach USD 1,000, so we need someone who is already comfortable managing significant ad spend and making decisions based on data.

We are not looking for someone who only knows how to set up campaigns. We need someone who can understand what is working, identify where money is being wasted, test new strategies and scale campaigns that produce results.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, launch, optimize and scale paid advertising campaigns.
• Manage daily ad budgets of up to USD 1,000.
• Build lead generation, conversion and retargeting campaigns.
• Research audiences, competitors and new opportunities.
• Test different audiences, offers, creatives and campaign strategies.
• Monitor CPL, CPA, conversion rate, ROAS and lead quality.
• Identify underperforming campaigns and take corrective action quickly.
• Scale successful campaigns while maintaining efficiency.
• Work closely with the Creative Team and provide direction on what creatives, hooks and offers should be tested.
• Maintain accurate tracking through Meta Pixel, CAPI, GA4, GTM and other relevant tools.
• Prepare clear performance reports and recommend what should be tested or improved next.
