Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Media Buyer in Gulshan. The Media Buyer will be responsible for managing and executing marketing campaigns, optimising and overseeing campaign strategies, and project management. They will also be involved in student recruitment activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful campaigns.
Here are some duties and responsibilities of a Media Buyer:
• Lead Generation
• Create integrated B2C marketing campaigns based on market segments to gain new customers and build repeat business mainly Lead Generation to support day-to-day business.
• Supervise the plan and run the 100 campaign at the same time, executing all social media platforms, optimization, monitoring and measurement of marketing campaigns and their success
• Ensure campaign implementation follows organizational and industry guidelines
• Recruit, train talent, and follow up on the successful implementation of marketing campaigns
• Compile regular reports of campaign performance and results
• Improve new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects
• Organize trade shows, exhibitions and promotional events including writing and proofreading marketing copy, as well as recruiting designers, animators and printers
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
Lead Generation Experiences from:
1. Facebook 2. Google 3. WhatsApp 4. YouTube 5. Instagram 6. TikTok 7.Telegram 8. Snapchat 9. LinkedIn and all other platforms.
Demonstrable experience of working in a similar strategic and operational role ideally within a Student Recruitment Agency or a higher education institution or another organisation that had an element of youth marketing within it.
Campaign Management – experience in delivering campaigns to meet corporate business objectives covering traditional and digital media
Good understanding of specialist marketing software including -Facebook, Google, Instagram, Tiktok, Twitter, email, text, geofence and other new trend marketing with integrated CRM system(Customer Relationship Management systems)
Experience in providing advice and information that influences and shapes the decisions of others. The ability to identify possible options previously not considered, evaluate their wider and longer-term impact and then implement the decisions taken
Able to use professional knowledge and experience to identify issues, trends and problems and manage resources towards those goals
Experience of effectively managing external agencies
