Role Overview

We are looking for a performance-driven Senior Media Buyer to plan, manage, and optimise paid campaigns while delivering measurable results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms
• Develop audience targeting and media buying strategies
• Manage budgets and optimise campaigns for better performance
• Monitor ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, and other key metrics
• Analyse campaign data and provide actionable insights
• Collaborate with creative and strategy teams
• Prepare campaign reports and performance updates

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in media buying or performance marketing
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
• Experience managing and optimising paid media budgets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of targeting, retargeting, bidding, and conversion tracking
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns in an agency environment

Bonus Skills

• Experience with GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel & CAPI
• E-commerce and lead generation experience
• TikTok/LinkedIn Ads experience
• Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing
