Role Description The Mechanical Project Manager will oversee planning, execution, and delivery of mechanical projects within the steel manufacturing facility in Mirsharai Upazila. This full-time, on-site role includes coordinating mechanical installation and building services work, supervising contractors and technical teams, and ensuring that project milestones are met safely and efficiently. Day-to-day responsibilities involve preparing project schedules, monitoring progress, managing budgets, and handling procurement of mechanical equipment and materials. The Mechanical Project Manager will review drawings and specifications, resolve technical issues on site, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet quality and compliance standards. The role also includes reporting on project status, identifying risks, and implementing corrective actions to keep projects on track.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong mechanical engineering skills, including understanding of mechanical systems design, installation, and maintenance.
• Candidates should possess experience in building services and plumbing, particularly in industrial or large infrastructure environments.
• Candidates should possess capabilities in procurement and budgeting, with proven experience managing project costs and sourcing materials or equipment.
• Candidates should possess practical project management skills, including scheduling, resource coordination, and site supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline is preferred.
• Previous experience managing industrial or manufacturing projects, ideally in steel or heavy industry, is beneficial.
