Mechanical Engineer – Port Equipment Sales And Service Operations

Singur Group is looking for an experienced and qualified Mechanical Engineer to join our team for Port Equipment Sales & Service operations.

Required Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Port Equipment Sales & Service.
• Practical experience in mechanical equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, inspection, and servicing.
• Experience with port, terminal, material-handling, or heavy equipment will be highly preferred.
• Experience in technical sales and after-sales service will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage sales and service activities for port and heavy equipment.
• Provide technical support, inspection, troubleshooting, and maintenance services.
• Visit customer and project sites as required.
• Communicate with clients and provide appropriate technical solutions.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and service teams.
• Prepare quotations, technical reports, and service-related documentation.

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel anywhere in Bangladesh for site visits when required.
• Responsible, proactive, and customer-focused attitude.

Site Visit:

• Candidate must be willing to travel to customer/project sites anywhere in Bangladesh as required.

Educational Qualification:

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed/recognized university.
