- Perform all assigned duties and functions under the supervision and direction of the Foreign Expert.
- Estimate material requirements, prepare material requisitions, and submit them to the Store Department for the collection of required materials.
- Allocate manpower on a shift-wise basis in accordance with the production plan.
- Prepare, implement, and ensure proper routine and preventive maintenance schedules for machinery used in the production process.
- Ensure the proper storage of materials and goods at designated locations.
- Achieve production targets in accordance with the approved production plan.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities performed.
- Take necessary measures to minimize machine breakdowns caused by mechanical faults.
- Assign, supervise, and control the duties and responsibilities of subordinates.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
- Experience: 5-6 years
- Education: diploma in mechanical engineering
