Job Context
The M&E Associate will support the Monitoring & Evaluation Department in data collection, data management, monitoring, analysis, reporting and documentation of organizational programs and activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in collecting, compiling and maintaining program/project data.
- Support monitoring of program activities and follow up on reporting requirements.
- Assist in data verification, cleaning and analysis.
- Prepare data tables, reports, presentations and other M&E documents.
- Maintain M&E databases and relevant records.
- Assist in preparing periodic monitoring reports and performance updates.
- Coordinate with branches/projects for collection and verification of data.
- Assist in identifying data discrepancies and support corrective actions.
- Perform other M&E-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Experience:
- Education: bachelor of science in statistics
- Skills: monitoring and evaluation, monitoring and evaluation tools, monitoring and evaluation frameworks, vacancy monitoring, project reporting & documentation, monitoring evaluation, data entry and management
