- Conduct Mathematics and English classes up to Class 7 in accordance with the school's syllabus, curriculum, and academic guidelines.
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, student-centred lessons using effective and interactive teaching methodologies.
- Develop students' numeracy, literacy, communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills through creative and activity-based learning.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and learning materials aligned with the curriculum.
- Assess and evaluate students' classwork, assignments, projects, presentations, and written work, providing timely and constructive feedback.
- Prepare soft copies of question papers, mark schemes, mark sheets, and report cards with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Maintain accurate records of students' academic progress, grades, attendance, and performance.
- Identify and support students requiring additional academic assistance or enrichment to achieve their learning goals.
- Perform all academic responsibilities related to examinations, invigilation, result preparation, Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs), and other duties assigned by the school authority.
- Create a positive, safe, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect, active participation, and a love for learning.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding students' academic progress, behaviour, and overall well-being.
- Participate actively in school events, co-curricular activities, meetings, professional development programmes, and other institutional initiatives.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
- Carry out any additional responsibilities assigned by the school authority in the best interest of the institution.
