Role Description The Marketing Trainee role is a full-time, on-site position based in Uttara, Dhaka. The Marketing Trainee will support day-to-day marketing activities, including assisting in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, helping manage social media and online presence, and coordinating promotional activities for wig products and services. The role involves conducting basic market research on customer needs and competitor offerings, gathering feedback from clients, and preparing simple reports or summaries for the marketing team. The Marketing Trainee will also engage with potential customers in person and via digital channels, support sales and customer service teams during promotions or events, and help maintain marketing materials and content aligned with the company’s brand. This position offers hands-on training in marketing within the hair and beauty industry and opportunities to learn from experienced professionals.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to interact professionally with diverse clients and team members.
• Candidates should possess Market Research skills, such as gathering customer feedback, analyzing basic market trends, and supporting data collection for marketing decisions.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Customer Service skills, including engaging customers, understanding their needs, and providing helpful, courteous support before and after purchase.
• Candidates should possess Marketing Strategy awareness, with an interest in campaign planning, brand positioning, and digital marketing practices in the hair and beauty sector.
• Relevant qualifications include a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or current enrollment), basic computer literacy, familiarity with social media platforms, and a strong willingness to learn.
• Additional beneficial qualities include attention to detail, a proactive attitude, the ability to work on-site in Uttara, and an interest in hair, beauty, and personal care products.
