Role Description The Marketing Specialist role is a full-time hybrid position based in Dhaka, with a mix of on-site work and flexible work-from-home arrangements. The Marketing Specialist will develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Aeromax Design’s apparel sourcing services to global buyers, including fashion brands, retailers, and importers. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, supporting sales initiatives, and creating marketing content for digital channels and presentations. The role involves coordinating campaigns, maintaining strong communication with internal teams and external partners, and contributing to customer retention through effective customer service and relationship management. The Marketing Specialist will also track marketing performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to present ideas to internal and external stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Market Research skills, including data collection, competitive analysis, and insight generation to support marketing and sales strategies.
• Candidates should possess Sales-related skills, such as lead follow-up, basic negotiation, and collaboration with sales teams to support business development activities.
• Candidates should possess Marketing Strategy skills, including campaign planning, brand positioning, and digital marketing awareness.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, with a focus on relationship building, responsiveness, and maintaining client satisfaction.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in apparel or garment sourcing, familiarity with international markets, proficiency in MS Office and basic marketing tools, and a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment in Dhaka, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams is highly valued.
