- Generate new sales and reach out to potential clients in a professional manner.
- Work with the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Contact potential clients via phone calls, meetings, and follow-ups, building strong relationships to convert prospects into customers.
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales through effective communication and relationship management.
- Update client information, follow-up activities, and sales records in the CRM system.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, client meetings, presentations, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth customer experience and provide excellent support before and after the sale.
- Experience: 2+ years
- Education: bachelor of tourism and hospitality management
