- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Ensure proper product display and brand visibility at retail outlets.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns and customer engagement activities.
- Follow up on customer orders, deliveries, and payment collections.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Experience: 3-5 years
