Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, property owners, developers, real estate companies and other potential clients.
- Generate new leads and identify potential business opportunities for architectural consultancy services.
- Conduct corporate marketing and arrange meetings with prospective clients.
- Visit corporate offices, real estate companies, developers and project sites when required.
- Present Green Architect's services and project portfolios to prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Maintain regular communication with existing and potential clients.
- Collect market information and monitor competitors' activities.
- Identify new market opportunities for architectural design, interior design, construction and consultancy services.
- Participate in corporate events, exhibitions, networking events and promotional activities.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Experience: At least 1 year
- Education:
- Skills: architectural design, new business development, corporate sales
