Role Description: The Marketing Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This role is responsible for planning and executing marketing activities that enhance brand visibility and support business development for Vektr Architect. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, coordinating marketing campaigns, managing social media presence, and supporting sales initiatives with marketing materials and presentations. The Marketing Officer will collaborate with architects and leadership to create content that highlights services, projects, and company capabilities, while monitoring campaign performance and adjusting strategies as needed. The role also involves maintaining consistent branding across digital and print channels, engaging with prospective clients, and contributing ideas to improve overall marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Candidates should possess strong Market Research and Marketing skills to analyze trends, understand client needs, and develop effective campaigns.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to create clear messaging, present ideas, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills to manage profiles, create content, and increase engagement across relevant platforms.
• Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to support lead generation, prepare marketing materials, and assist in client outreach.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field are preferred.
• Experience in professional services or design-oriented industries (e.g., architecture, engineering, construction) is an advantage.
