Marketing Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Marketing Manager will lead the development and implementation of marketing strategies to drive brand growth and market share. Key responsibilities include market analysis, campaign planning and execution, product promotion, team leadership, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The role requires close coordination with sales, product development, and management to ensure alignment with company objectives.

• Strong expertise in Marketing Strategy, Brand Management, and Market Analysis
• Experience in Campaign Planning, Advertising, and Promotions
• Ability to lead and manage teams effectively with excellent leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in Data Analysis, Competitor Insights, and Reporting Metrics
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and its market dynamics
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven work experience in a marketing role, preferably within the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a results-driven environment
