Role Description The Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This role is responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies that promote Valleycan Builders Limited’s land, real estate, and construction projects to target customer segments. Day-to-day tasks include managing digital and traditional marketing campaigns, coordinating with sales and project teams, overseeing branding and promotional materials, and monitoring market trends and competitor activities. The Marketing Manager will develop content and messaging for various channels, manage external agencies and vendors as needed, and track campaign performance to optimize marketing spend. The role also involves organizing events or activations, preparing regular marketing reports, and supporting the development of new initiatives to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and brand management, with the ability to design and execute result-oriented marketing initiatives.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and channels (e.g., social media, search, email, content marketing) and familiarity with analytics platforms for measuring performance.
• Experience with real estate or construction industry marketing, including lead generation, customer segmentation, and property or project promotion, is highly beneficial.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant professional certifications is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with comfort in using data to guide decisions and improve campaign outcomes.
• Fluency in English and Bangla, with strong writing skills for marketing materials and client communications.
• Previous experience in a marketing leadership or supervisory role is preferred, with demonstrated ability to mentor and guide team members.
