Role Description The Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gazipur, responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and sales growth. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing marketing strategies, coordinating campaigns across traditional and digital channels, and maintaining the company’s brand identity. The role involves conducting market research, monitoring competitor activity, and analyzing customer trends to inform promotional plans and pricing strategies. The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with sales, operations, and management to create marketing materials, manage events or client visits, and track performance against defined metrics. This position also includes overseeing marketing budgets, managing external agencies or vendors as needed, and preparing regular reports on campaign effectiveness and market opportunities.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in marketing strategy development, campaign planning, and brand positioning.
• Experience with digital marketing tools and channels, such as social media management, email marketing, and basic content creation.
• Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and reporting to support informed decision-making.
• Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for working with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in the textile, garments, or manufacturing sector is an advantage.
• Comfort with on-site work in Gazipur and willingness to visit clients, suppliers, or trade events as required.
