Company Description YouthBees is an e-learning platform founded by a group of progressive youth on April 21, 2021, focused on helping students gain new skills. It has grown into an online learning community with over 500 active members and campus ambassadors from renowned institutions across Bangladesh. Role Description This full-time Marketing Internship is an on-site role based in Uttara. The intern will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for YouthBees’ e-learning programs and community events. Daily responsibilities may include assisting with social media content, conducting basic market research, engaging with students and ambassadors, and helping promote courses and initiatives. The intern will collaborate with the marketing and campus ambassador teams to strengthen brand awareness, improve learner engagement, and gather feedback to refine outreach strategies. This role offers hands-on experience in marketing within an education-focused organization and opportunities for professional development.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with learners, partners, and team members.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to gather and analyze data on student needs, competitor offerings, and emerging trends.
- Candidates should possess Marketing Strategy and Marketing skills to support campaign planning, content creation, and brand promotion.
- Candidates should possess basic Sales skills to help promote YouthBees courses and events and encourage participation.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include interest in digital marketing, proficiency with social media platforms, ability to work collaboratively in a team, and strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
