- Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling digital marketing content across social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
- Support tele-sales activities by contacting potential customers, explaining products/services, and persuading them to convert into leads or sales
- Collect, organize, and maintain marketing and sales data for reporting and analysis purposes
- Assist in tracking campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare basic performance reports
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-ups
- Coordinate with the sales team to nurture leads and support customer relationship-building efforts
- Explore and apply AI tools and automation techniques to improve marketing efficiency (e.g., content generation, scheduling, chatbots, email automation)
- Support the marketing team in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Assist in drafting marketing copy, captions, and promotional materials as needed
