The organization is an online learning community with over 500 active members and campus ambassadors from renowned institutions across Bangladesh. YouthBees regularly hosts events and activities that foster collaboration, creativity, and personal growth. The community welcomes individuals at all experience levels and aims to bring together youth from across Bangladesh and beyond. Role Description The Marketing Intern role at YouthBees is a full-time, on-site position based in Gulshan. The intern will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including creating content for social media, coordinating promotional activities, and assisting in organizing events. Daily tasks include conducting basic market research, tracking campaign performance, and preparing simple reports for the marketing team. The intern will engage with community members, respond to inquiries, and help maintain a positive brand image. This role offers hands-on experience in a youth-focused organization and opportunities to learn directly from marketing and community engagement initiatives.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with students, partners, and community members.
- Candidates should possess Market Research and Sales skills to support campaign analysis and outreach activities.
- Candidates should possess Marketing Strategy skills to contribute ideas for campaigns, events, and brand growth.
- Candidates should demonstrate basic digital literacy, familiarity with social media platforms, and interest in e-learning and youth development.
- Candidates should be detail-oriented, able to work collaboratively on-site in Gulshan, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Enrollment in or completion of studies in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
