Role Description The Marketing Intern role at Next Tech is a full-time, on-site position based in Dhaka. The intern will assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote web hosting and cloud solutions, including creating content for social media, email, and digital channels. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, analyzing customer segments, tracking campaign performance, and preparing reports for the marketing team. The intern will support sales and customer service initiatives by helping respond to inquiries, gathering feedback, and contributing ideas to improve marketing strategy and customer engagement. This role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic technology environment, working closely with marketing and sales professionals.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to conduct Market Research and support Marketing Strategy development using data and insights.
• Interest or foundational experience in Sales and marketing activities within a technology or services environment.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, email, web) is an advantage.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Motivation to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively with diverse colleagues on-site in Dhaka.
