To accelerate this momentum, we are looking for a highly capable Senior Operations & Collection Manager to strengthen our operational foundation and drive scalable success.

About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Intern to support our marketing operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, marketing technology, and cross-functional teams. You'll help manage our CRM platform, coordinate marketing budgets, and ensure smooth payment processes with vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain our CRM platform (CleverTap), including campaign setup, audience segmentation, and data hygiene.
• Monitor the marketing budget and maintain accurate records of campaign expenses.
• Track vendor invoices and payment schedules to ensure timely processing.
• Collaborate with the Finance team to process vendor payments and resolve invoice-related queries.
• Coordinate with external vendors to collect invoices and required documentation.
• Maintain organized records of marketing expenses, contracts, and purchase requests.
• Support the marketing team with campaign operations, reporting, and administrative tasks.
• Prepare budget and expenditure reports as required.

##Internship Compensation: BDT 10,000

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA); major in Marketing is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Eagerness to learn marketing technology and CRM platforms such as CleverTap (prior experience is a plus but not required).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
