Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Intern to join our growing team in Dhaka. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain practical experience in digital marketing, brand communication, content creation, and lead generation for a professional services firm.

You will support the marketing team in building brand awareness, engaging target audiences, and driving business growth — gaining real-world exposure to B2B marketing in the consulting industry.

Key Responsibilities:

· Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and monitor content across LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms

· Content Creation: Write blogs, articles, case studies, and marketing copy for digital channels

· Digital Marketing: Assist in email campaigns, SEO efforts, and online advertising initiatives

· Lead Generation: Support outreach campaigns and maintain prospect databases

· Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and target audience insights

· Brand Support: Help design presentations, brochures, and promotional materials

· Event Support: Assist in organizing webinars, workshops, and corporate events

· Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Education: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields

· Experience: No prior professional experience required — fresh graduates and current students are welcome

· Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bengali

· Creativity: Strong content creation and storytelling abilities

· Digital Savvy: Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing tools

· Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools is a plus

· Soft Skills: Proactive attitude, attention to detail, time management, and eagerness to learn
