Job Summary

The Senior Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing initiatives for Lab & Doctor Consultancy. The role involves developing marketing strategies, managing campaign execution, coordinating with cross-functional teams, monitoring campaign performance, and driving customer acquisition and retention to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute monthly and quarterly marketing plans for Lab & Doctor Consultancy vertical.
• Identify growth opportunities, seasonal trends, and campaign ideas aligned with business objectives.
• Define campaign objectives, target audiences, and key messaging.
• Prepare creative and campaign briefs for internal teams and external partners.
• Coordinate with design, content, performance marketing, operations, product, and other stakeholders to ensure timely campaign execution.
• Track campaign performance and analyze marketing data to identify insights and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare regular campaign performance reports and present recommendations.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to support strategic decision-making.
• Plan and execute customer acquisition, engagement, and retention campaigns.
• Collaborate with CRM and content teams to improve customer journeys and campaign effectiveness.
• Coordinate with operational teams to ensure marketing activities align with service capacity and business priorities.
• Maintain campaign trackers, timelines, and project documentation.
• Perform other marketing-related responsibilities assigned by management.
  
  

Requirements

• Experience: 2 to 3 years
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline, Master's degree will be considered an advantage
