The selected candidates will play an important role in promoting overseas job opportunities, building client relationships, and generating leads to support business growth.
- Conduct outbound mobile calls to prospective and existing clients to inform them about new job opportunities and recruitment services.
- Maintain professional, friendly, and persuasive communication with clients at all times.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business engagement.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to expanding the agency’s manpower recruitment network.
- Recruit, train, and onboard new agents to support business growth.
- Maintain and regularly update a database of clients, leads, and agents for follow-up and reporting.
- Coordinate with social media and design/printing teams to ensure effective distribution of job circulars.
- Follow up with clients and candidates to ensure successful recruitment and placement.
- Monitor daily activities including calls, lead generation, and agent performance.
- Track client interactions, leads, and recruitment progress to improve overall performance.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports to the Marketing Manager on outreach results and campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure all activities are aligned with company policies and recruitment standards.
- Experience: At least 2 years

- Skills: telemarketing, telesales, recruitment advertising, sales hiring
