Role Description The Marketing Executive will work on-site in Dhaka in a full-time capacity, supporting the company’s growth in the API and pharmaceutical markets. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing marketing campaigns, conducting market research to identify opportunities, and supporting sales initiatives with targeted marketing materials. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, coordinating communication between internal teams and external stakeholders, and promoting Liberty Business Associates’ services through digital and offline channels. The Marketing Executive will also assist in developing branding strategies, preparing reports on marketing performance, and contributing to the overall business development activities of the organization. Collaboration with sales, operations, and management teams will be essential to ensure alignment with company objectives.

• Candidates should possess skills in Market Planning and Marketing to design and implement effective campaigns and strategies.
• Candidates should possess skills in Market Research to analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to engage clients, prepare clear proposals, and collaborate with internal teams.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing skills to support lead generation, client outreach, and promotion of company services.
• Relevant experience in pharmaceutical or B2B marketing is beneficial.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in common office and marketing tools.
• Ability to work on-site in Dhaka, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
