Incorporated in 2019, the company operates from its corporate headquarters in Dhaka and a 170,000-square-foot advanced manufacturing plant in Kaliakair, Gazipur. The facility uses modern high-speed dispersers, bead mills, and specialized testing laboratories to produce high-performance inks with an annual capacity of 2,400 metric tons. BEBPL offers gravure, flexographic, offset, UV, and water-based inks designed for color clarity, quick drying, durability, and environmental compliance. Its products serve key sectors in Bangladesh such as flexible packaging, pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, garments, and commercial printing, strengthened by regional technical alliances including Kolkata-based Karjen Industries.

Role Description The Marketing Executive will support the promotion and growth of BEBPL’s industrial ink portfolio and brand presence in Bangladesh and the broader South Asian market. This full-time, on-site role based in Gazipur involves planning and executing marketing campaigns, coordinating with sales teams, and maintaining relationships with key clients and industry partners. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, analyzing customer needs and competitor activities, preparing marketing materials, and assisting in pricing and positioning strategies. The role also includes organizing trade events and customer visits, monitoring campaign performance, and preparing regular reports for management. The Marketing Executive will collaborate closely with production, quality, and technical teams to ensure accurate product communication and customer satisfaction.

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Marketing Executive with a strong technical background to drive business growth for our shoe adhesive division in Dhaka. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in polymer/adhesive chemistry with strong field marketing and B2B sales capabilities to build lasting relationships with footwear manufacturers and industrial clients across Bangladesh.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Expansion & Sales: Identify, target, and acquire new B2B clients within the footwear manufacturing, leather, and shoe repair industries around Dhaka and major industrial hubs.
• Technical Product Demonstrations: Conduct on-site technical presentations, bond-strength demonstrations, and adhesive application trials for factory engineers, floor supervisors, and procurement managers.
• Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary technical point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction, resolving application issues, and providing tailored adhesive solutions.
• Competitor & Market Intelligence: Track market trends, benchmark competitor pricing and product performance, and report technical feedback to internal R&D/supply teams.
• Sales Targets & Reporting: Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets, prepare daily field visit reports, and maintain an updated pipeline of prospective clients.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Educational Background: B.Sc. in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related field (Mandatory).
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven marketing, technical sales, or business development experience in the industrial adhesive, chemical, polyurethane (PU), or shoe manufacturing supply sector.
• Location: Must be a resident of Dhaka or willing to commute to Gulshan daily, with flexibility for frequent local factory visits.
• Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of chemical formulations, bonding mechanisms, polymers, solvents, and adhesive applications specific to footwear materials (e.g., leather, TPR, EVA, PVC, rubber).
• Skills: Excellent oral and written communication in Bangla and English, strong negotiation capabilities, and self-driven sales management.
